What we collect
We collect only what we need to run Dewdrop:
- Your email address, to sign you in and send you emails.
- The todos you write, and when you add and complete them.
- Your notification settings: times, days, and whether emails are paused.
- Your display language and time zone. We guess the time zone from your connection when you first sign in.
- For each sign-in session: your IP address and browser information (user agent).
- Sign-in codes, stored only in hashed form until they expire.
How we use it
We use your data only to run Dewdrop. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To show your todos and email you reminders at the times you choose.
- To prevent abuse, such as limiting how often sign-in codes can be sent and checking that sign-ins come from a person (Cloudflare Turnstile).
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Who processes your data
Dewdrop runs on Cloudflare. On our behalf, Cloudflare stores the data, sends our emails, and runs Turnstile to check sign-ins. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you delete your account. Sign-in sessions end when you sign out or when they expire.
Deleting your account removes your email address, todos, notification settings, and sessions right away. Copies may remain in database backups for up to 30 days.
Your choices
- Change your time zone, and pause or stop emails, in Notifications.
- Delete your account and all of your data in Account.
- For anything else, such as a copy of your data, email hello@dewdrop.day.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
